Required Security Clearance:NATO SECRETThe contractor will provide System Management Services supporting the SATCOM Operations Team at NCI Agency in Lughezzano, Italy focusing on server and network infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and operational readiness.Prime Power and GeneratorsMaintain prime power systems (transformer vaults to distribution boards).Operate and maintain diesel-electric generators, ensuring fuel supply and availability.Provide compliance inspections in accordance with CEI ***** prescriptions.No-Break Power SystemsOperate and maintain UPS, batteries, and emergency lighting.Ancillary SystemsPerform preventive maintenance on cross-site cabling, grounding, lightning protection, radomes, EMP pneumatic doors, and hydraulic systems.Provide basic maintenance of site security systems (gates, bollards, access infrastructure).Environmental SystemsProvide maintenance of HVAC, heating, air handling units, and fire protection systems.Collaborate with industry providers for contracted services under Site Engineer oversight.Support ActivitiesMaintain accurate service records in TT-Comms, ITSM, and site logbooks.Provide monthly status reports on maintenance, incidents, and improvements.Support Site Engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceSecurity Clearance: The Contractor shall possess valid NATO-SECRET Personal Security Clearances for the duration of the Contract performance.English: C1 + Local assignment language fluency (desirable).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field and 5 years technical experience.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in power systems maintenance, troubleshooting.Expertise in power distribution systems, UPS units, and generators.Proficiency in monitoring and maintaining equipment such as rectifiers, inverters, and RF amplifiers, with working knowledge of remote telemetry and control systems.Experience ensuring compliance with safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation for classified or mission-critical operations.Familiarity with DoD power system standards, STIG compliance for infrastructure components, and audit support for operational readiness.CEI ***** prescription of electric power plant maintenance verification.1st Level Power Generator according to legislative reference Law *******.This is a condensed version of the job description.A full, detailed job description will be provided during the application process.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
