Logistics Operations LeadershipOwn and lead all logistics activities across the WE Personal Care market: warehousing, transportation, value-added services, and more.Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across internal teams and logistics partners.Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and CSL (Case Service Level) performance to exceed customer expectations.2. 3PL / 4PL ManagementIdentify, onboard and manage relationships with logistics providers including 3PLs, 4PLs, carriers, and LLPs.Negotiate contracts together with our Procurement function, monitor performance metrics, and ensure cost control and service excellence.3. Cost Management & OptimizationOwn the logistics budget - identify and drive opportunities for cost transformation.Lead initiatives in network efficiency, footprint and sustainability optimization, and inventory flow improvements.4. Strategic Projects & TransformationSupport the integration of new technologies (TMS / WMS upgrades, advanced analytics, Kinaxis) as part of the upcoming SAP / R4 transformation.Collaborate on regional projects such as direct shipments, cross-dock solutions, and market launches.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Sales, Mills, ECMs, and Customer Logistics to ensure seamless supply to customers.Act as the key logistics interface with the WE commercial leadership, providing insights on performance, issues and risk mitigation as well as opportunities.Support demand / supply balancing and contingency planning in response to market volatility.6.
