Overview Job Description On behalf of the Italian subsidiary of the group - SSC Italy - we are seeking passionate individuals with a strong background in space engineering and experience in real time operations to support one of our customers in Italy.If you are eager to make a significant impact in the space industry, apply now and embark on an extraordinary space journey with us.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, update, and validate Spacecraft Operations Databases (telemetry, Telecommand, and Configuration Data) and FDDB (FDS DB).Manage and maintain the Mission Operations Database (ODB) including OBSM configuration control.Implement and validate updates to telemetry and telecommand dictionaries.Ensure database consistency across all mission control system instances.Support SOEs and GOEs during validation and simulation campaigns.Maintain configuration control and version tracking.Generate database releases and documentation.Support training and simulation environment setup using test databases.Job RequirementsBSc in Computer Science/IT or other relevant studies.At least 2 years in database management.SCOS MIB knowledge, relational database knowledge.Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills.Normal working hours; on-call support during critical updates or database rollouts.Legal and Security RequirementsApplicants must be legally allowed to work in the EU and hold European citizenship.Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.Copy of passport and degree(s) certificate.Good conduct certificate from the country where currently resident.All potential employees will undergo stringent reference checks due to the nature of the work.Job Benefits and ContractCompetitive remuneration package, recognizing the value of your skills and expertise.Unique career opportunities, including the possibility of working in other countries with SSC Group.Personalized training and development programmes.To be considered for this PositionPrior to **********, please apply via our Job Application form.If not directly interested, feel free to share this Job Vacancy with your friends#J-*****-Ljbffr
