AI/ML EngineerYour MissionWe're looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team and take full ownership of data preparation and model development initiatives.In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Data Engineering and Machine Learning, collaborating closely with Product and Software Development teams.You'll design and optimize data pipelines, leverage open-source LLMs, and help bring real AI-powered solutions into production.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Preprocessing:Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines for data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing — with a strong focus on natural language datasets.Ensure data quality, consistency, and reproducibility across datasets and experiments.Manage data ingestion and support scalable dataset storage and versioning practices.ML & LLM Development:Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models — from data acquisition to deployment.Fine-tune and evaluate open-source LLMs and other generative or predictive models.Implement validation strategies, hyperparameter tuning, and performance monitoring frameworks.Experiment with GenAI frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI approaches where relevant.Engineering & Deployment:Develop scalable training and inference pipelines for production use.Integrate ML models into production environments (via APIs, services, or internal workflows).Apply MLOps best practices, including model versioning, experiment tracking, and CI/CD automation.Collaboration & Documentation:Work cross-functionally to ensure AI/ML initiatives align with product and business goals.Maintain clear documentation of experiments, models, and results to promote knowledge sharing.Stay current with the latest advancements in ML/AI research and contribute to bringing innovation into real-world applications.Requirements3–5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar applied role.Strong background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and data preprocessing.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases) and dataset management workflows.Solid understanding of deploying ML models in real-world environments.High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.Nice to HaveHands-on experience with distributed training and GPU-based environments.Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, and agent-based AI workflows.Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Awareness of LLM-specific challenges, including hallucinations, fairness, and data privacy.What We ValueBeyond technical excellence, we value curiosity, collaboration, and openness.We believe innovation thrives in a diverse environment — everyone is welcome, and respect is at the heart of how we work together.What we offer (and no, these aren't just empty promises)Real impactYour code won't sit in some forgotten virtual drawer.
