Randstad Digital Italia, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di professionisti in ambito ICT & Digital, ricerca per prestigiosa azienda cliente del settore manifatturiero sita aPessano con Bornago (MI), una figura diEnterprise Resources Planning Specialist.La risorsa diventerà il punto di riferimento interno per l'ottimizzazione dei processi legati all'ERP, interfacciandosi direttamente con l'IT Manager e il partner tecnologico esterno.Obiettivi del RuoloIl candidato ideale si occuperà della gestione a 360° dei processi legati al software gestionale, fungendo da ponte tra le esigenze di business e le soluzioni tecnologiche.Gestione Progetti ERP:Coordinamento dello sviluppo di nuovi moduli e progetti legati al gestionale in ambito manifatturiero.Interfaccia Strategica:Rapporto diretto con il partner tecnologico e l'IT Manager per la traduzione dei requisiti aziendali in specifiche tecniche.Ottimizzazione Flussi:Supervisione dei flussi con un focus dell'80% sull'area Operations e del 20% sull'area Finance.Competenze Tecniche e BackgroundRicerchiamo un professionista con un approccio consulenziale e una solida comprensione delle logiche aziendali complesse.Esperienza:4-6 anni in ruoli analoghi (Project Leader, Business Analyst ERP o Consulente Applicativo).Settore di provenienza:Esperienza consolidata in aziende produttive manifatturiere di medie dimensioni (~200 dipendenti).Technical Skill:Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche ERP e ottima padronanza del linguaggio SQL per l'estrazione e l'analisi dei dati.Soft Skill:Spiccate doti analitiche, capacità di problem solving e attitudine al project management.Dettagli ContrattualiSede di lavoro:Pessano con Bornago (MI), con coinvolgimento operativo sulle diverse società del gruppo.Modalità di lavoro:Inserimento in presenza con1 giorno di Smart Workinga settimana.Inquadramento:Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) sul sito Randstad.
