Chi siamoF.I.S. – Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici è la prima azienda in Italia nello sviluppo e nella produzione di principi attivi e intermedi per l'industria farmaceutica globale.Con tre stabilimenti produttivi e oltre ***** professionisti, da quasi 70 anni puntiamo su ricerca, qualità e sostenibilità.I nostri prodotti migliorano la vita di milioni di persone: una responsabilità che affrontiamo con orgoglio e passione.Unisciti al nostro team e diventa parte di un'azienda che cresce grazie all'impegno di chi la vive ogni giorno.Quale sarà il tuo contributoEntrerai a far parte del team di Innovazione Tecnologica, con la missione di portare valore lungo tutta la catena del valore aziendale attraverso soluzioni digitali e tecnologiche che abilitano la trasformazione industriale di FIS.In particolare:Supporterai l'analisi dei processi produttivi e di quality assurance per identificare opportunità di digitalizzazione e ottimizzazione operativa.Collaborerai con le funzioni Operations, IT, Quality e Engineering nella definizione dei requisiti utente (User Requirements Specification) e nella modellazione dei processi aziendali.Supporterai le attività di supplier selection per identificare la soluzione tecnologica più adatta alle esigenze aziendali e coerente con la strategia di F.I.S.Parteciperai alla gestione dei progetti di implementazione software, contribuendo alle fasi di design, testing e messa in esercizio di sistemi come MES, Historian, e CMMS.Supporterai le attività di validazione dei sistemi secondo gli standard GAMP 5 e le normative GMP.Contribuirai alla redazione di documentazione tecnica e di progetto, assicurando tracciabilità, qualità e coerenza con gli standard aziendali.Promuoverai la cultura dell'innovazione in azienda, facilitando la diffusione di nuove tecnologie e strumenti digitali in modo efficace e sostenibile.Cosa cerchiamoLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Chimica, dell'Automazione o discipline affini;2 anni di esperienza in ruoli legati alla trasformazione digitale, all'implementazione di software industriali o alla gestione di progetti tecnologici in contesti regolati (farmaceutico, chimico);Conoscenza dei principi GxP e delle best practice GAMP 5;Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi;Attitudine analitica e problem solving;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Dove lavoreraiSede: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)Dipartimento: Operations - Technological Innovation
