The Voith Group is a global technology company.With its broad portfolio of systems, products, services and digital applications, Voith sets standards in the markets of energy, paper, raw materials and transport & automotive.Founded in ****, the company today has around 22,000 employees, sales of €5,2 billion and locations in over 60 countries worldwide and is thus one of the larger family-owned companies in Europe.Support the Voith Group | Division PaperRegional Sales Manager (m/w/d)Schio | Job ID *****As a Regional Sales Manager in Italy, you will be our primary contact for the aftermarket business in the field of paper production plants and stock preparation.Acting as the key interface between Voith and our customers, you will ensure strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesSales & Market DevelopmentAchieve sales and profitability targets for the Italian market.Analyze customer needs and challenges, developing customized solutions in collaboration with technologists and departments in Germany.Focus on parts and service requirements, creating proposals and concepts in close cooperation with the local service and refurbishment unit.Represent Voith Paper professionally in customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and trade fairs.Ensure strong technological positioning and deliver value-driven solutions.Market Analysis & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.Middle East CoordinationCoordinate sales activities with our agents in the Middle East.Provide on-site support through bi-annual customer visits together with agents.Reporting StructureDirect reporting to the Managing Director of Voith Paper Schio.Functional reporting to the Sales Director EMEA South.Your profileEducation & ExperienceDegree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, paper technology, or a comparable technical qualification.Several years of professional experience in a technical environment.Professional BackgroundIdeally, experience in sales or product management.Solid knowledge of the paper industry.Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset.Ability to contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with specialist departments.Excellent communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.Assertiveness and an efficient working style.High level of intercultural competence.LanguagesVery good written and spoken Italian and English.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel approximately 60% to customer sites.Shape the future of papermaking with us.Voith Paper is looking forward to your applicationHR Business Partner for Italy • Daniela Bigi • Phone +39 **** • E-mail:#J-*****-Ljbffr
