Who We Are Looking ForSentinelOne is seeking a visionary Staff Product Manager to lead our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offering (The Fastest MDR on the Planet based on MTTR) into its next phase of AI-powered growth.You'll drive product strategy and execution at the intersection of cutting-edge threat detection automation and scalable service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape particularly in the field of MDR and will drive the development of innovative solutions to address emerging threats.What You Will DoAI-Powered Product Strategy and VisionDefine and own a product vision for an AI-driven MDR service that seamlessly integrates with SentinelOne's platform and GTM strategy.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape translating these insights into a product roadmap leveraging AI/ML to improve accuracy, relevance and analyst efficiency.Product Development and ExecutionLead the end-to-end product development process collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design and security research.Drive the product roadmap ensuring it aligns with customer requirements, business goals and market opportunities.Define product requirements and specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management.Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationCollaborate closely with key stakeholders including customers, sales, marketing and executive leadership to gather feedback, understand market dynamics and ensure product-market fit.Communicate product updates, milestones and value propositions to internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers and partners.Act as a product evangelist representing the MDR Service internally and externally, including speaking at industry conferences and events.Product Performance and AnalyticsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the MDR Service.Analyze market data, customer feedback and usage metrics to continuously improve the product and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to MDR and cybersecurity to ensure the product remains competitive and cutting-edge.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle: market research, roadmap development, requirement definition, execution and go-to-market support.Define and monitor KPIs tied to both internal efficiency and external customer value.Act as the product evangelist influencing internally and representing SentinelOne externally with thought leadership in the MDR domain.What You Need to Bring6 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager in cybersecurity, ideally with MDR, SIEM, XDR or detection products.Experience building or scaling AI-enabled platforms, automation workflows or MSSP-focused offerings.Familiarity with Agile practices and stakeholder collaboration across R&D, GTM and partner/channel functions.Strong strategic communication and data storytelling capabilities.Comfort with ambiguity, systems thinking and driving clarity through cross-functional influence.Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics and market insights to drive product decisions.Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams.This position requires up to 15% travel to customers and SentinelOne locations worldwide.Why usBecause you will work on real-world problems with risks of millions of dollars (protecting against ransomware and other threats) and make an impact by preventing our customers from appearing in global news after being attacked.You will be joining a technologically cutting-edge project and will be able to influence the architecture design and building of our core platform.You will meet extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry.On top of that we offer youFlexible working hours;
