PGS Group has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years.Due to further expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Officer.What tasks will you perform?Entering customer orders into ERP software for the various PGS sites.Follow up orders with the production team to ensure timely processing.Collaborate with different internal departments such as Sales, Production and Logistics.Checking quotations and processing them in our ERP package.Update prices to maintain up-to-date pricing information.Registration and follow-up of non-conformities.Provide administrative support to the Sales department.Proactively manage and develop sales with existing customers.Actively research and approach new potential clients.Acting as a point of contact for customers with questions about deliveries, rush orders and other matters.Following up on customers/telephone contacts.Coordinate transport planning in consultation with the logistics department.Monitoring delivery times at carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.Supporting and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization.Who are we looking for?In possession of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent by experience.You speak and write fluently in Italian, English and/or French.Knowledge of German is a big plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.You have strong analytical insight and organizational talent.Thinks problem-solving with a commercial flair.You are very customer-friendly.You are stress resistant and manage your time efficiently.You work independently and accurately, with an eye for quality.You have a 'work hard, play hard' mentality.You are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances.You are enterprising, respectful and result-oriented.Can work independently, but is also a team player.Not only propagates the sustainable business values of the organization in the performance of the job, but also actively applies them in the roll-out of the process and any negotiations that lead to optimizations Who are we?PGS GROUP PGS Group, founded in ****, is the European market leader in wooden pallets – both new and reconditioned – as well as in reverse logistics services.With more than 50 sites in 13 countries and around 1,000 employees, PGS combines a strong international presence with a comprehensive and circular offering in the packaging sector.Thanks to a vertically integrated model – from its own sawmills to nail and pallet production, reconditioning, pooling and logistics services – PGS guarantees reliability, sustainability and control over the entire supply chain.What's in for you?In addition to an attractive salary.Since we are active in 13 countries , you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment.You will be working in a company where enormous importance is attached to the safety and health of employees.Practical information?Your place of employment: Area Bérgamo Schedule: fulltime (Monday to Friday)
