Il nostro cliente, primaria realtà assicurativa, è alla ricerca di un:La risorsa riporterà al Chief Risk Officer e avrà il compito di guidare la strategia di sicurezza delle informazioni e proteggere i dati aziendali.Principali attività:Sviluppa la strategia di sicurezza delle informazioni, assicurandone l'allineamento con le priorità organizzative e gli obiettivi di business, garantendo il pieno coinvolgimento e il mandato della direzione aziendale;Coordina le attività di identificazione, classificazione e valutazione dei rischi ICT, in conformità alle normative vigenti e alle best practice di settore;Definisce, implementa e mantiene processi strutturati per la rilevazione, la classificazione, la gestione e la risoluzione degli incidenti ICT;Supporta la valutazione e il monitoraggio dei rischi derivanti da fornitori e subfornitori ICT critici, contribuendo alla definizione dei requisiti di sicurezza nei rapporti contrattuali;Collabora con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali per integrare i requisiti di sicurezza in tutti i processi di business e nei progetti IT sin dalle fasi di analisi e progettazione;Verifica che i piani di business continuity ICT e disaster recovery siano definiti, aggiornati, adeguatamente testati e coerenti con le esigenze operative dell'organizzazione;Progetta e promuove programmi di formazione e sensibilizzazione sulla resilienza e sulla sicurezza ICT rivolti a tutto il personale, favorendo la diffusione di una cultura della sicurezza.Laurea ad indirizzo informatico/economicaEsperienza comprovata in un ruolo di leadership nella sicurezza informatica in una funzione di secondo livelloConoscenza dei principi di information security e di frameworks di cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, ISO *****, DORA)Gradito possesso di certificazioni in ambito cybersecurity (es. CISSP, CISM, CISA o OSCP)#J-*****-Ljbffr
