For our Customer Service & Demand Management Team we are seeking a Demand Planner ( Fixed Term Contract ) based in Legnano who will have the opportunity to work on Global Brands such as Tempo Nuvenia TENA and DemakUp.We're looking for people who embody our values aren't afraid to challenge innovate experiment and move at a fast pace.We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.If this is you we'd love to talk.About the RoleThe Demand Planner is responsible for owning facilitating and the administration of local company sales forecasting and Demand Management for their respective area of responsibility.What You Will DoAnalyzing historical demand and filter out outliers identifying the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithmDeveloping the base Demand Plan using the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and adjust where necessaryGenerating the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling / scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category ManagementUnderstanding the impact of the customer buying patternCommunicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issuesWho You AreBachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of studyProven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position ideally in the FMCG IndustryFluent in Italian and EnglishGood analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3 - APOA real Team Player with good communication skills at different organization levelFast learner with a strong attitude to problem solvingWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose Breaking Barriers to Well-Being provides meaning to everything we do.Join us to improve well-being for people and drive positive change for society and the environment.At Essity you'll feel valued empowered to grow and challenged to achieve business results in a collaborative and open atmosphere.Key SkillsForecastingMicrosoft AccessMathSupply Chain ExperienceAnalysis SkillsSAP APOSAP Supply Chain ManagementProduction PlanningSAP ERPERP SystemsJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
