The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a Retail Training Intern to support the HQ Department in implementing and monitoring Retail Training Projects worldwide.You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the elevation of client experience and the development of Store Staff skills.RESPONSIBILITIESProjects and Content: support the department in deploying and implementing content across various touchpoints, assisting with vendor coordination, and maintaining the training library.Digital Platforms: assist in managing the editorial calendar, uploading content, providing feedback and contributing to enhancing the user experience across markets.Tracking & Monitoring: monitor training results, provide actionable insights, identify trends to support the business and support in maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.Previous internship in retail, luxury, hospitality or technology is a plus.Fluent in English.Tech-Savvy: confident in using digital tools and open to learning new platforms.Strong Communication Skills.Organizational and Project Management skillsTeam Player, creative, solution-focused, innovative thinker.Analytical: enjoy working with data, analyzing trends, improving processes, and simplifying insights.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
