Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleWe are looking for a RX Maintenance & Automation Engineer who will:Main responsibilities:Ensure that safety rules, regulations and Essilorluxottica guidelines are respected, in particular LOTO procedures during maintenance activitiesPlan preventive maintenance activitiesCoordinate with production for intervention on machinesSupervise, control and evaluate maintenance activitiesSupport warehouse for inventory of spare parts, equipment and materials in coordination with Production and Purchasing Departments.Analyze failure root causes and propose action plan for prevention of re-occurencePropose improvement plans to reduce machine downtime and repair costPropose improvement to optimize maintenance activitiesPrepare yearly CAPEX in close coordination with superior and ensure target projects are implemented and achieved within budget.Administer project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsEvaluate water, energy conservation programs and develop opportunities to achieve targets and enhance current policiesMain requirements:Data analysis, Problem solving, Lean techniques.Proficient in MS applications (Excel,Word,Powerpoint), Include Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Slides etc)Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with professional qualificationGood working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)Minimum 3 years experienced in Maintenance functions from multi-nationalStrong background in Total Preventive Maintenance is a plusWhat's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
