Position Title: Analyst, Global Asset Management AccountingDepartment: FinanceReporting to: Sr.Manager, Asset Management AccountingResponsibilitiesPerform AP process, including invoice processing, staying current on AP aging, vendor maintenance, payment disbursements and working with internal stakeholdersPerform month-end close procedures, including Accounts Payable reconciliations and accrualsExecute budget and contract analysisWork with Asset Management Accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policiesConduct regular reviews of AP processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automationResolve complex invoice discrepancies and payment issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with tax regulationsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAnalyze AP data to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunitiesAssist with the implementation of new AP systems or processesEnsure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirementsRequirementsSolid understanding of accounts payable and accounting conceptsStrong quantitative aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detailTime management and ability to work under strict deadlines and multiple projects concurrentlyProficient with Microsoft Office suite of productsWorking knowledge of ERP system a plusAdvanced English Proficiency with Spanish and/or Italian language proficiency as a huge plusQualificationsAssociate's degree in Accounting preferredMinimum 2 years of accounts payable experienceLocationLocation:Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
