For our client, an important company operating in the eyewear sector, we are looking for a Product Manager.Posizione:As a Product Developer/Manager specializing in eyewear, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and management of a range of products.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer, this role requires a deep understanding of safety standards, market trends, and customer needs, as well as strong project management skills to bring new products from concept to market.Key Responsibilities:Product DevelopmentResearch and identify market trends;Collaborate with design and engineering teams to conceptualize and develop new products that meet safety standards and address customer needs;Manage the product development process from ideation through prototyping, testing, and final production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Safety ComplianceStay up-to-date on industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring all products comply with relevant requirements;Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary certifications and approvals.Market Analysis and StrategyConduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market, including assessing competitor products and pricing strategies;Develop product positioning and pricing strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support;Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to source materials, manage production schedules, and maintain quality standards.Customer EngagementGather feedback from customers, safety professionals, and industry experts to continuously improve existing products and identify opportunities for new product development;Provide product training and support to sales teams, distributors, and end-users as needed.Requisiti:Requirements and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, business, or related field, advanced degree preferred;Proven experience (5+ years) in product development and management;Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to drive product strategy;Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools;Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Altre informazioni:Location:Nearby Brescia#J-*****-Ljbffr
