For a leading international company in the field of Luxury Design, with the Italian office located in the vibrant Milan, we are seeking a dynamic SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR EUROPE to join the Sales department. If you are ready to be part of a close-knit team that constantly pushes the boundaries of what's possible in the world of design, this could be the opportunity you've always been looking for Your role will be highly strategic and you will be accountable for increased sales across all Europe (and more...), reporting directly to President and CEO of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and provide senior leadership to a diverse sales teamResponsible for the development of European sales, aligned with overall business strategy, goals and objectivesDirect and lead Sales Managers and Sales Agents to achieve increased market share and maximize the attainment of sales goals and objectivesEnsure that the company is represented with professionalism and integrity as global, high performing luxury brandMain RequirementsExperience working within the Luxury/Design industry and in an international businessExperience of prior leadership in SalesExcellent command of the English languageExcellent organizational and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to lead and collaborate as a member of the senior leadership teamStrategic mindset and critical thinker with the ability to create and develop, modify and execute sales business plans aligned with corporate objectivesLeadership skillsA strong plus is previous leadership experience managing not only Sales teams but also Marketing teams, with the ability to drive alignment across both functionsLocationYou will be ideally based at the Milan office, but you will be travelling all over Europe when needed.
