We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team.The successful candidate will be accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance business processes and efficiency.The ideal candidate should have a deep comprehension of RPA technology, programming languages, and process automation.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop automation workflows, bots, and scripts using RPA tools- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and develop automation solutions- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation projects- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and test plans- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and bots- Provide technical guidance and help team members and stakeholders- Keep up-to-date with the latest RPA technology and toolsRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in RPA development and process automation- Extensive programming experience in at least one language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)- Experience with UiPath and Microsoft PowerAutomate RPA tools- Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation- Aptitude to work alone and as part of a team- Excellent communication and problem-solving dexterity- UiPath and MS PowerAutomate advanced knowledgePreferred Qualifications:- Certification in RPA technology (i.e., UiPath RPA Developer, MS PowerAutomate PL-500, MS Power Platform PL-900)- Experience with Agile software development methodologies- Experience in using machine learning and artificial intelligence in process automationIf you are a highly motivated and qualified RPA Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on business processes, we encourage you to apply for this position.Company ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about ***** people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
