SEI LA PERSONA CHE STIAMO CERCANDO?Sei il talento che stiamo cercando se hai:• Laurea in Giurisprudenza• Almeno 1–2 anni di esperienza in uffici legali aziendali (preferibile) o studi legali• Ottime capacità di analisi e attenzione al dettaglio• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e capacità di organizzare il lavoro in autonomia• Curiosità, flessibilità e voglia di crescere in un contesto internazionale• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese• Interesse per le tematiche societarie?? COSA FARAI?Come Legal Specialist, supporterai il team nella gestione delle attività societarie del Gruppo.Nello specifico:• Gestirai le PEC per tutte le società del Gruppo• Ti occuperai della stampa e organizzazione dei libri sociali• Ti occuperai della tenuta e dell'archiviazione dei contratti aziendali• Aggiornerai reportistica e scadenziari societari e contrattuali (adempimenti societari, cariche sociali, contratti immobiliari, di business e intercompany)• Supporterai attività societarie come costituzioni, modifiche statutarie, aperture/chiusure sedi• Aiuterai nella predisposizione delle comunicazioni verso la Camera di Commercio e altre Autorità• Contribuirai alla gestione delle procure e dei poteri di firma• Supporterai i processi di compliance (231, privacy, whistleblowing, antibribery) e l'aggiornamento della documentazione??
