Overview The company address last-mile challenges by creating a dedicated delivery network designed for modern businesses.Through the combined efforts of our partners and in-house teams, we deliver a fast, reliable, and seamless experience for businesses and their customers.Solutions - They provide advanced, sustainable, and custom-tailored last-mile delivery solutions for e-commerce merchants, retailers, and 3PL logistics providers.By combining cutting-edge technology with local expertise, we create seamless delivery experiences that boost customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency.Responsibilities Understand business strategy; closely collaborate with the business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions.Responsible for HR functions in Italy, extensive engagement across the entire staff lifecycle by implementing initiatives in all HR aspects: payroll, performance and reward management, talent acquisition, outsource staff management etc.Build the fundamental HR infrastructure and frame and create standardized HR policies and procedures to support the business unit's growth.Work closely with HQ in China with daily HR workRequirements Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related majors.Over 5 years HR experience in all HR functions, preferably rich experiences in payrollBeing conversant with local employment law and legislation.Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Italian languagesSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Human ResourcesIndustriesWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
