C-HUB Srlseleziona per ampliamento organico per importante realtà che ha oltre cinquant'anni di esperienza di progettazione e costruzione di grandi opere di architettura moderna un profilo con esperienza che vada a ricoprire il ruolo di:- Coordinatore Tecnico Amministrativo di Progetti EdiliziResponsabilità principali:Protocollazione permessi di costruire, varianti e relazioni tecniche agli enti competenti;Inizio lavori architettonico: gestione documentale e pratiche preliminari;Fine lavori: ricezione, verifica e protocollazione documentazione finale agli enti;Pratiche per allacci alle pubbliche utenze e relative autorizzazioni;Sopralluoghi per rilievi e verifica allacci alle pubbliche;Pratiche per denuncia strutturale e gestione documentazione correlata;Preparazione di documenti per polizza postuma decennale;Coordinamento con architetti, ingegneri e fornitori per garantire il corretto avanzamento delle pratiche.Requisiti richiesti:Diploma Geometra / Laurea in architettura;Disponibilità full time;Precisione;Residenza a Brescia o comuni limitrofi.Si offre:Ruolo full-time in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante;Opportunità di crescita e sviluppo professionale in progetti di qualità.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ****** e a persone di tutte le età e nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******
