Overview CEM S.p.A. is a manufacturing company part of the Kärcher Group, a German multinational leader in the sector of domestic, professional, and industrial cleaning equipment and solutions.Kärcher is globally recognized for its innovation capabilities, product quality, and focus on people excellence.For our Quistello plant, we are recruiting a/an:R&D TESTING ENGINEER (M/F/D)Responsibilities Electromechanical assembly of prototypes;Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures;Preparation of reports and technical documentation;Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations;Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies;Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders;Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.Qualifications High School Diploma and/or Bachelor\'s Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical);Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies;Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.);Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;Good knowledge of Google Suite;Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail;Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;Knowledge of machine tools (preferred);Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).Benefits Stimulating and dynamic environment within a German multinational company with a strong aptitude for technological and process innovation;Professional growth and internal training programs;Opportunities for international exchanges;Welfare policy with different goods and services;Internal Canteen;Branded clothing and other materials.The Kärcher Group is a global employer with extensive operations.For the production plant in the province of Mantua (Quistello), we are looking for technical and managerial figures with excellent skills and a strong desire for growth.This opportunity emphasizes WOW experiences and ongoing development.Job Alert This could be your WOW-momentRegister for the Kärcher Job Alert.This way you will be notified by us via email about new jobs.We believe that every WOW, huge or tiny, is extraordinary and unique – just like you are.#J-*****-Ljbffr
