Human and technology to scale sustainable performance Founded in ****, Scalian is a French group with an international dimension, with offices in Europe and North America.Scalian specializes in business transformation through its dual mastery of business processes and digital technologies.Recognized as a top-10 engineering consulting company in France, the Group is involved in service activities for the management of industrial projects, supply chain (costs, quality, deadlines, performance), architecture and development of embedded digital systems, computer system applications, information and artificial intelligence.Scalian also deploys solutions to optimize projects or improve organizational performance and responds to the challenges of transformation for leaders in industry and the tertiary sector (energy, transport, space, banking, health, environment, etc.).Job Description Are you a PMO looking for a new challenge?If you want to expand your reach and share your knowledge with a team of professionals, contribute to the development of your colleagues' or clients' skills, want to consolidate your expertise and grow on innovative projects, this is your opportunityWhat This Experience Will Bring You First of all, an interesting technical challenge but also an overview of our Client's projects.We will build your career together and accompany you towards the development of new skills and technical leadership.Responsibilities Support the PMO team in managing project schedules, ensuring accurate data integration across planning tools, and providing timely reporting for bids and ongoing projects.Collect with interviews and consolidate project and bid data from stakeholders to maintain accurate schedules and reports for both bids and ongoing business projects.Ensure accurate data entry and integration between multiple tools (Primavera P6 Professional v +, SmartBid, SharePoint) to support scheduling and reporting activities for bids and projects.Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6 Professional, ensuring proper WBS structure, activity coding, and progress monitoring.Maintain baseline schedules and generate reports/dashboards for PMO and management.Conduct weekly interviews with bid and project managers to collect key milestones (e.g., Gate 1-3, award, FAT, SAT, shipment, delivery) and update relevant tools (Primavera, Excel, web platforms).Maintain end-to-end data in management systems, tracking databases, and reporting tools (Primavera, SharePoint Lists), ensuring consistency with demand plans and S&OP.Cross-check and ensure data consistency across Primavera, SharePoint, and SmartBid for accurate scheduling and reporting.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in Primavera P6 Professional (v +) and scheduling concepts (WBS, relationships, constraints, resource loading).Experience with tool interfaces (e.g., SharePoint Lists) is a plus.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas); VBA and Power BI knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with ERP systems (OCM, SAP) and project management tools is a plus.Soft Skills Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.Independent, detail-oriented.Problem solving.Strong communication skills.Proactive to solution.Teamwork.Education High School Diploma (Perito Commerciale – Ragioneria); Bachelor's degree in Economics or technical/scientific fields is a plus.Languages Italian (Fluent)English (fluent, oral and written)Why would you take the plunge?Build a tailor-made career path, varied and adapted to your desires, thanks to the variety of missions in your area of expertise and the bridges between trades.Learn by the quality of the projects on which you will intervene, in your specialty, and thanks to the large training catalog delivered by our internal Academy.Have an attractive social framework that respects everyone's needs (telework agreement, crèches, social coverage, flexibility, soft mobility, etc.).Contribute to R&D topics or participate in internal projects.Be part of a friendly team that will make work rhyme with pleasureSo want to expand the frame?Contact us to talk about it.#J-*****-Ljbffr
