BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – WORKWEAR & VENDING MACHINESRole Summary:As a Business Development, you will contribute to the commercial development of two key Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) solutions for customers and prospects: bespoke workwear for the Corporate and Mid-Market segments and vending machine services.The role includes daily collaboration with Sales and Marketing to strengthen the value proposition, as well as close cooperation with internal departments throughout negotiation, implementation, and post-sales phases.Key responsibilities and accountabilitiesProvide technical and commercial support to the sales force (PPE Specialists and Sales Accounts) on bespoke workwear and vending machine projects for high-value key accounts, managing the end-to-end customer experience;Act as a Single Point of Contact for internal departments (Demand & Supply, Finance, Legal) for all aspects related to ongoing projects;Support the Quote & Tender Team in preparing bids and tenders for bespoke workwear and vending solutions;Ensure project profitability in alignment with the sales organization (specialists and generalists).Main ActivitiesIn this role, you will act as the primary point of contact both for the workwear business and vending machine services.WorkwearCoordinate with Groenendijk and the local sales team on bespoke workwear projects;Maintain and evolve the branding configurator in coordination with the Service Safety Manager.Vending MachinesPrepare structured commercial offers, including a detailed profitability analysis, to be shared with Commercial and Finance direction;Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal departments to deliver optimal solutions and oversee end-to-end implementation;Support the contract lifecycle and cooperate with Finance and Legal on transfer methods and contracts;Drive continuous improvement in processes and governance.Qualifications and skillsSkills in business development and identifying growth opportunities;Solid knowledge of workwear customization and vending systems, with the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into effective solutions;Available to travel in Italy and occasionally abroad;PC literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP);Project management & coordination mindset;University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering;Fluent in Italian and English.La ricerca rispetta il d.lgs.******** ed è aperta a persone con disabilità, di qualsiasi identità o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, età, etnia, credo religioso e ad ogni altra diversità che crediamo sia una ricchezza.I dati saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa in materia di protezione dei dati personali.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy disponibile al seguente link#J-*****-Ljbffr
