Descrizione dell'aziendaSituato sull'Isola privata delle Rose a Venezia, a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco grazie a un comodo servizio navetta, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa è stato inaugurato nel ****.La struttura dispone di 266 camere e suite eleganti, progettate dall'architetto Matteo Thun, e di esperienze di soggiorno esclusive come JW e JW Retreats.Il resort offre 4 ristoranti, tra cui il rinomato Agli Amici Dopolavoro, e 4 bar che propongono cucina italiana e locale, la più grande Spa di Venezia, una piscina panoramica, giardini lussureggianti e numerose attività ricreative e per famiglie.Ospita anche spazi esclusivi per eventi privati, come 10 sale meeting e una chiesa neo-romanica ristrutturata, rendendolo una rinomata destinazione di lusso a Venezia.Descrizione del ruoloStiamo cercando un Night Auditor per unirsi al nostro team con sede di lavoro a Venezia.Questo ruolo a tempo pieno richiede la gestione delle operazioni serali e notturne del nostro Resort.Le tue responsabilità includono l'accoglienza ospiti, la gestione delle prenotazioni, il controllo e la verifica delle transazioni, la preparazione dei report giornalieri e l'assistenza per le richieste dei clienti.Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team per garantire standard di ospitalità eccellenti e un servizio clienti di alto livello.Esperienza in compiti di receptionist e gestione delle prenotazioni per garantire efficacia e precisione nelle operazioni.Competenze solide in comunicazione e servizio clienti per fornire un'esperienza ospite eccezionale in ogni interazione.Capacità di gestione della cassa e delle transazioni finanziarie con accuratezza e attenzione ai dettagli.Conoscenza delle lingue straniere e familiarità con sistemi di gestione alberghiera rappresentano un vantaggio.#J-*****-Ljbffr
