Production Engineer** to join our Group Equipment Engineering & Investments team, based in Milan.Reporting to the Investments Director, key responsibilities include:* Assist in the preparation and regular update of the group CapEx investments plan.* Actively participate in the approval process by verifying investment proposals for value proposition, budget, timeline, and technical accuracy.* Support the collection and preparation of all necessary documentation prior to the investments approval and maintain precise records of investments data post-approval.* Act as a point of reference for the collection and analysis of ESG investment requirements, as well as for gathering all necessary information for various ESG reports.* Work on the development and continuous improvement of Investment Management processes, policies, and systems.* Support internal and external audits of investments processes.**You are the right fit if you have/are:*** Fluent in English and Italian* Engineering Background* Up to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry* Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details* Strong communication & interpersonal skills* Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and problem-solving skills* Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point,
