Desktop Support TechnicianOur CompanyEOS IT Solutions is a family-run Global Technology and Logistics company, providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world's largest industry leaders.We deliver forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.What You Will DoAs a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide hands-on support for IT equipment and workspace setups, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfil materials and equipment requestsDeploy desk setups and monitorsSafely dispose of equipmentProvide desk-side support and troubleshootingManage inventory levels and restockingMaintain vending machines (L1 maintenance, moves, planogram changes)Handle e-waste and donation requestsCollect IT equipment (terminations, upgrades)Assist with desk movesLiaise with inventory teamsPerform inventory counts and manage stock levelsReceive inbound hardwareCoordinate EMEA shipmentsSupport other projects as assignedWhat You Need to SucceedExperience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with inventory tools (preferred)Strong communication and time-management skillsAttention to detail and organisational abilityTeam-oriented and professional approachBelonging at EOSEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.We welcome applications regardless of gender, gender identity, age, belief, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, marital or civil partnership status, or other non-merit factors.#J-*****-Ljbffr
