Manufacturing Engineer senior responsabile dell'industrializzazione di componenti meccanici a partire dal disegno tecnico fino alla messa in produzione.1. Il tuo ruoloInserito nel team di ingegneria di produzione, opererai come Manufacturing Engineer / Industrializzatore su componenti meccanici complessi.Sarai responsabile dell'industrializzazione del prodotto partendo dal disegno tecnico.Coordinerai il passaggio dalla progettazione alla produzione interna ed esterna.Lavorerai in sede aFoligno , interfacciandoti con produzione, fornitori e clienti.2. Le tue mansioniAnalizzare il disegno tecnico e sviluppare tutta la documentazione necessaria alla produzione del componente.Definire e redigere cicli di lavoro tramiteDynamics 365 , includendo lavorazioni meccaniche, trattamenti termici e galvanici.Progettare attrezzature di produzione e relativi disegni utilizzandoSiemens NXe softwareCAM .Interfacciarsi con fornitori esterni per richieste di offerta su lavorazioni o processi esterni e, quando necessario, con il cliente finale.3. I requisitiAlmeno10 anni di esperienzacome Manufacturing Engineer / Industrializzatore nel settore delle macchinazioni.Solida conoscenza ditornitura, fresatura, rettifica , trattamenti termici e trattamenti galvanici.Utilizzo professionale diSiemens NX , softwareCAMeDynamics 365per la definizione dei cicli di lavoro.Buona conoscenza dellalingua inglesee familiarità con contesti produttivi strutturati sul territorio italiano.4.
