Join to apply for theShowroom Sales Associaterole atDOLCE&GABBANA.OverviewDolce & Gabbana, leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for the role ofShowroom Sales Associatebased in our Milan HQ.Main Activities And ResponsibilitiesActively participate in showroom Clients' welcoming and greetings to ensure satisfactionPartnership with Area Managers and relevant teams involved to ensure commercial goals' achievementPrepare, manage and finalise sales directly dealing with customers through engaging collection presentationDevelop strong and trustworthy professional relationships with Clients, proactively supporting them to guarantee all needs are met and in line with DG expectationsManage post-sales activities in collaboration with Back Office TeamGuarantee correct Client database maintenance for potential follows upConstantly act in a professional and ethical manner when supporting Clients with the aim of achieving company goals and tackling potential missing opportunitiesAlways maintain a professional, knowledgeable, positive and proactive attitudeFollow Company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as requiredKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury fashion brand and/or MultibrandFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenSound knowledge of a second foreign language (Russian, French, German or Spanish)Good listener, offering excellent service and developing a thorough knowledge of customersGood knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPointOrganized and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong passion for fashion worldLocation: Milan - ItalySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Retail Luxury Goods and JewelryReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at DOLCE&GABBANA by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
