Project Development & Sourcing Specialist Join to apply for the Project Development & Sourcing Specialist role at Bolton Bolton Beauty Care Industrial, Operations & Supply Permanent Milano, IT Project Development & Sourcing Specialist We are looking for a Project Development & Sourcing Specialist to join our PSO team in our Beauty division, based in Milan. How you make the difference The expected outcome is to provide valuable analysis and project support that improve innovation portfolio delivery, supplier management and contribute to continous cost optimization. Agenda / Responsibilities You will be responsible for feasibility evaluation, cost definition and effective industrialization of new products You will coordinate interfunctional innovation project teams to launch new products You will coordinate internal functions and external suppliers/contractors to implement projects on time, in full matching quality and cost standards. You will manage commercial relationship with suppliers/contractors Your Team You'll directly report to our Sourcing & Project Development Director Beauty. What Makes You a Great Fit Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields is preferred.
