Full Stack Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) – $100,000/year USDJoinLearnWith.AIas a Full Stack Engineer, focusing on AI-driven products that reshape education.You will build scalable, maintainable solutions that deliver real impact.Base pay range$50/hr – $50/hr ($100,000/year).What You Will Be DoingDesign and deploy full-stack capabilities: shepherd user stories from conception to delivery; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production.Identify and resolve bugs: diagnose issues via root-cause investigation, address fundamental problems, and prevent regressions through strategic testing.Elevate code-quality standards: assess plans and pull requests to ensure precision, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source.Products you'll help buildTeachTap: AI animates historical figures within a TikTok-style learning platform.TeachTales: personalized, enchanting stories that enhance student comprehension.TimeBack: a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.Athena: AI-generated videos and assessments that produce measurable academic results.What You Won't Be DoingCreating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate back-ends for complexity's sake.Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem.Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders.Merely delivering features; you'll own solving genuine problems.Basic RequirementsMinimum 4 years of production-level front-end and back-end web development experience (any framework).Strong ownership: proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams beyond isolated tasks.Independent execution: ability to remove own blockers, set rhythm, navigate ambiguous scenarios.Experience incorporating generative AI into daily workflow.About LearnWith.AILearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject-matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning.Our unique approach uses 50+ years of learning science, cutting-edge data analytics and AI-powered coaching to help students learn more, faster, and better – all while having fun.We are a remote-first company that hires globally via Crossover.Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term role.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.The compensation level is $50 USD/hour (~$100,000 per year for 40 hours/week, 50 weeks).Payment is weekly.For more details, consult .Crossover Job Code: LJ-****-IT-Turin-FullStackEngin.017Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-time (Contractor of Record)#J-*****-Ljbffr
