We are looking for a highly motivatedFinance Analystto join our Finance Department in Milan and support theFinance Directorin managing and improving the company's financial performance.The ideal candidate will have approximately5 yearsof experience, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills in English and a good knowledge of French, together with a solid foundation in accounting and financial processes.The position will focus exclusively on the financial management of the foreign subsidiaries.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting.Fluent English (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IAS/IFRS).Previous experience in the Administration department in a Financial Services company.Experience in an auditing firm (Big Four experience preferred) is a plus.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries.Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities.Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries.Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.g., Board of Directors).Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies.Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.We OfferA stimulating and international work environment in Milan.Direct exposure to top management and decision-making processes.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Employment contract and compensation package based on experience.Location:MilanAvailability:ImmediateDiversity and inclusivity are fundamental values for Compass.Interested candidates will be considered with respect for diversity, valuing different characteristics such as age, culture, ability, and gender orientation or expression.#J-*****-Ljbffr
