Categoria:Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro:Parma e provinciaPer rinomata azienda operante nel settore del packaging, siamo alla ricerca di un:EHS Manager / Facility ManagerCerchiamo un EHS Manager/Facility Manager che sia il punto di riferimento per la cultura della sicurezza e della sostenibilità all'interno del plant.Il ruolo è cruciale per garantire il rispetto delle normative e la promozione di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e responsabile.Responsabilità principaliSalute e Sicurezza: Fornire consulenza specialistica, gestire sistemi OHSAS ***** / ISO *****, formazione continua, conformità politiche di sicurezza.Ambiente: Monitorare normative, gestire ISO *****, smaltimento sicuro rifiuti, raccolta dati ambientali, progetti di riduzione emissioni.Emergenze: Gestire relazioni con assicuratori, promuovere campagne di prevenzione, coordinare team emergenze.Comunicazione e Reporting: Sviluppare programma annuale EHS, raccogliere KPI, supportare audit interni, organizzare attività di sensibilizzazione.RequisitiLaurea magistrale o triennale in Ingegneria.Esperienza con sistemi OHSAS *****, ISO *****, ISO *****.Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in stabilimenti produttivi.Leadership, attitudine al cambiamento, problem solving.Conoscenza Lean Manufacturing e Six Sigma.Ottimo inglese.#J-*****-Ljbffr
