Technical Sales Distribution (Part-time 35hrs weekly) – Italy & BalkansPart-time position, 35 hours weekly.Location: Italy & Balkans.Your missionHey there and welcome to your new opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us.In this role you will:Train distributors, installers, and EPCs monthly on product solutions, installation, commissioning, and FAQs.Escalate product sales blocks to local sales teams and the EU technical team in a timely manner and communicate solutions to customers.Visit key distributors, installers, and EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks and new requests for the portfolio, ensuring clear purchase volumes.Study and report on local market size changes for each portfolio sector and local competitor portfolios monthly.Analyze local grid standards, renewable energy laws, white-label opportunities, and third-party EMS or battery compatibility possibilities.Check the sales forecast with the local sales team monthly, ensuring portfolio accuracy and reasonable forecast for each product.QualificationsCompleted studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, or a similar background.Or a higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical counterparts.Approx.2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication and commercial skills.Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed.Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1.Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry.Attention to detail; able to dive into details and connect them to the big picture of delivering an exceptional, brand-aligned experience.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Knowledge of CRM is a plus.BenefitsFood vouchers—choose what you like.Mobility package (Job-Rad, e-bikes powered by solar power).Bonus payments based on agreed KPIs at year-end.Multinational team with European and trans-European exchange.Opportunities for technical and commercial knowledge enhancement in string inverters, central inverters, inverter stations, transformer and switch gear, and storage solutions.Technical and commercial training at our headquarter in Germany and visits to the R&D facility in China.About UsWe are a green-tech company fighting every day to make our mission happen:Clean Power for All.With 870 + GW of clean power installed worldwide, we continue to lead the discourse and offer fitting solutions.Founded in **** by University Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow is a leader in the research and development of solar inverters, energy storage systems, and many other renewable technologies.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-SeniorEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: Marketing and Product ManagementIndustry: Oil and Gas#J-*****-Ljbffr
