keen to drive your own personal and professional development.You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work.And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExperienceDeep expertise within specific Mainframe technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)Enterprise IT application experienceHands-on experience in at least two of the following: operating system z / OS, DB2 z / OS, CICS, RACF, VTAM, Storage and Data Management on MF platform as system programmerIn-depth knowledge of z / OS Operating SystemsMust have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teamsExtensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsAbility to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responsesAbility to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenStrong process improvement experiencePreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceIn depth knowledge of Mainframe architectureExceptional judgment and decision-making abilitiesFamiliar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and proceduresKnowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and modelsLogic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailBeing You: the Kyndryl culture of belonging and inclusion#J-*****-Ljbffr
