Descrizione azienda Synergie Italia Spa, filiale di Monza, ricerca per primo gruppo al mondo leader nel franchising immobiliare, una figura di: LEGAL SPECIALIST Posizione In qualità di Legal Specialist, verrai inserita/o all'interno di un ufficio composto da un team di tre risorse e riporterai direttamente al Responsabile dell'Ufficio Legale.Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di fornire un supporto tecnico alle diverse funzioni aziendali.Principali responsabilità: Analisi, implementazione e mantenimento della conformità dei processi aziendali alla normativa vigente, con particolare riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali e alla normativa D.Lgs.****** (privacy e compliance) ; Attività stragiudiziale volta alla redazione di solleciti, diffide e transazioni a supporto della funzione di credit management; Redazionee revisione di contratti commerciali; Analisi di procedure e documenti di competenza della Divisione Legal; Consulenza legale ai vari dipartimenti interni e alla rete di affiliati; Monitoraggio delle normative di settore e archiviazione delle pratiche ; Supporto nella gestione del contenzioso e delle relazioni con i legali esterni; analisi della normativa di riferimento e della sua evoluzione; collaborare condiverse strutture aziendali per identificare e valutare ex ante i rischi legali e identificare soluzioni di mitigazione.Requisiti I requisiti per questa posizione includono: Laurea in Giurisprudenza; Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in un ruolo analogo; Pregressaesperienza in materia di privacy e compliance (obbligatorio) ; Buona conoscenza tecnica in materia di franchising, mediazione (immobiliare, creditizia e assicurativa) e agenzia; Ottima conoscenza tecnica in materia di antiriciclaggio (D.Lgs. ******), privacy (Regolamento *******) e D.Lgs.****** ; Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta; Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire le priorità in modo efficace; Proattività e capacità di lavorare anche in autonomia Integrità e riservatezza nel trattamento delle informazioni sensibili.Altre informazioni Cosa possiamo offrirti: ORARIO DI LAVORO : Full time (40h settimanali) dal Lunedì al Venerdì - dalle ore 9 alle ore 18 - con un'ora di pausa.INQUADRAMENTO E STIPENDIO : tempo determinato di un anno, scopo assunzione , CCNL Commercio (da commisurare in base alla seniority) + 8 di ticket pasto; Luogo dilavoro: Milano (Zona Viale Certosa e Viale Espinasse) L'offerta è rivolta a candidat nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l'informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.UE ********.Aut.Min.Prot.N. **** SG del 16/12/2004 by helplavoro.It
