Middle Officer

OverviewOur client is a single-family office investing across all asset classes globally.To support their growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Middle Officer to reinforce the team.The Middle Officer will play a key operational support role, working closely with the Portfolio Managers and other internal stakeholders.This position requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of investment operations, cash management, and reporting processes.ResponsibilitiesReconcile trade executions and ensure accuracy across counterpartiesControl and validate bank charges and transaction feesMaintain a comprehensive record of intra-group cash movementsMonitor and reconcile daily account cash movementsPrepare and verify bank payment instructionsSupport the Portfolio Managers with ad hoc projects and investment-related tasksCollect and report on cash rates weekly; forecast and monitor liquidity positionContribute to financial and investment reporting processes, with the opportunity to take on greater reporting responsibilities over timeSupport operational risk monitoring and internal control initiativesEnsure accurate documentation and reconciliation of transactionsAssist with regulatory documentation and KYC requests from counterpartiesLiaise with external providers as neededContribute to accounting processes (experience in accounting is a plus)RequirementsEducation: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Middle Office, Family Office, Private Bank, or Wealth Management environment.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
