Who we are BYD Group is a leading high-tech multinational, based in Shenzhen, China.Operating across four core industries — IT, automotive, new energy, and rail transit — BYD employs over 300,000 people worldwide.At BYD, we are redefining the future of mobility.As part of the world's leading New Energy Vehicle company, we are committed to building a sustainable, zero-emission future where technology and nature coexist in harmony.Your MissionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations.This role will be responsible for managing all local finance activities, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and proven experience in financial management.What You'll Be DoingFinancial Management & ReportingLead all local accounting and financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, treasury, and payroll coordination.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS where applicable.Take lead for yearly audit process.Define the account structure (account code, cost center) take lead to do the account code mapping between local and group chart of account.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Compliance & TaxationEnsure compliance with Italian tax legislation, including VAT, CIT, and withholding taxes.Coordinate the preparation and submission of statutory filings and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate finance policies.Business PartneringAct as a strategic business partner to local management, providing financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.Assist financial controller to providing financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.Support commercial teams with pricing analysis, margin optimization, and contract reviews.Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.Weekly tracking of AR/Inventory/Invoices.People & Process ManagementAssist to lead and develop local finance staff or coordinate outsourced accounting providers.Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.What You BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.Professional certification (e.g., ROAC , ECA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a mandatory requirement.5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities.Strong knowledge of GAAP, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting.Experience working in multinational environments and with ERP systems (SAP, Oracleetc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Working experience in Auto industry is mandatory.Why Join UsBe part of a fast-growing, innovative global automotive company.Work closely with top leadership, influencing strategic projects and initiatives.Collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment that values proactivity, creativity, and excellence.Opportunity to develop professionally and grow within a leading organization in the electric mobility sector.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.We are looking for talent that connects with this mission and want to create positive impact by joining a diverse and dynamic team#J-*****-Ljbffr
