OBIETTIVO DEL RUOLOCome Communications and Media Specialist, supporterai il business, progettando e implementando attività di comunicazione e affari istituzionali efficaci, valorizzando l'azienda in tutto il paese.Ruolo dinamico e visibile, a supporto del Direttore Generale italiano, richiede capacità di coordinamento e definizione delle priorità, interazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni, consulenza strategica ai leader e gestione delle attività di comunicazione, incluse relazioni con i media e gestione delle crisi.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALICentro unico per la comunicazione:Supportare le priorità strategiche e aziendali, costruendo relazioni solide con stakeholder interni ed esterni.Gestione della reputazione:Garantire coerenza narrativa e posizionamento locale, in linea con la strategia globale.Relazioni con i media:Comprendere il panorama mediatico italiano, identificare opportunità e rischi, redigere comunicati stampa, dichiarazioni, briefing e monitoraggio quotidiano.Gestione delle crisi:Gestire problematiche complesse, proporre azioni e approcci, e offrire sfide costruttive.Supporto esecutivo:Consulenza al Direttore Generale e ai team, preparazione per interventi pubblici e interviste.Comunicazione interna:Supporto per eventi aziendali, townhall, interviste interne.REQUISITI PER IL SUCCESSOEsperienze e Qualifiche:Oltre 8 anni di esperienza in comunicazione e affari istituzionali, preferibilmente in ambienti FMCG o consumer-facing internazionali.Esperienza integrata in comunicazione, relazioni con i media e gestione delle crisi.Comunicatore strategico e operativo, capace di sviluppare piani di comunicazione per messaggi complessi.Capacità di adattamento in ambienti dinamici e imprenditoriali.Ottime capacità comunicative, attenzione ai dettagli, abilità nel tradurre documenti complessi.Esperienza con stakeholder esterni e costruzione di relazioni.Buona conoscenza delle sfide aziendali legate a temi politici, ambientali e sociali.Fluente in italiano e inglese.Qualità personali e di leadership:Iniziativa, passione e spirito collaborativo.Capacità di gestire responsabilità multiple con atteggiamento positivo.Giudizio solido e capacità di costruire relazioni rapidamente.Calma sotto pressione.Capacità di combinare strategia ed esecuzione.COSA OFFRIAMOOpportunità di definire l'identità pubblica e la strategia di comunicazione di un leader di mercato appena nato.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo e opzioni di lavoro flessibile.Accesso a opportunità di formazione e sviluppo.Team di supporto che valorizza innovazione, autonomia e crescita.Offriamo un contratto full time a tempo determinato di 1 anno in somministrazione, RAL commisurata all'esperienza
