Future TeamAs a Backend Team Lead at Qonto, you'll be part of our Product Engineering department which consists of +500 talented professionals.This department is organized into cross-functional teams (CFTs) across five domains.These domains includeCustomer Lifecycle, focusing on account management and compliance,Business Account, enhancing payments and financial tools,Systems & Monetization, optimizing integrations and pricing,Financial Tools, supporting cash flow management and bookkeeping.Regate by Qonto, a platform for accountants to help them manage company creation, invoicing, and your ability to lead, develop, and retain talent.Technical Expertise : You have strong experience as a software engineer, proficiency in Ruby is a Must, and Go as well is a great bonus, and you have been exposed to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications.Leadership : You collaboratively lead the evolution of your team, setting clear goals and helping team members grow professionally.Team player : You have excellent communication skills, which help you diffuse knowledge across teams and align people to work successfully on their projects.Languages : You are fluent
