The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic well-being, attentive to guest needs, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a luxurious environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a wide range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, body rituals, facials, and beauty services.Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.Support spa reception and retail sales, ensuring smooth daily operations.Uphold all safety, hygiene, and brand standards.Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and serene atmosphere for all guests.Requirements:Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hospitality or premium wellness centres.Professional certification in massage therapy or aesthetics.Strong knowledge of massage techniques, bodywork, and skincare.Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.High attention to detail, reliability, and a caring attitude.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.Good knowledge of Italian and English.At Corinthia Rome, we offer the chance to be part of an iconic opening in the heart of the city, joining a team that values excellence, professionalism, and genuine care.
