We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Process & Automation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in automation and AI-based tools, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for connecting systems and turning repetitive tasks into smart automations.This position has been created with the goal of launching a new AI-focused area within the company : we're looking for someone ready to build and grow this function together with the CTO.If you enjoy experimenting, automating, and making workflows smarter with AI, this opportunity is for youMagicmotorsport is an Italian company built on a long-standing passion for motorsport.Our products have been designed to meet any performance challenge and offer solutions to mechatronics looking to outfit their automotive workshops with the latest innovations in the field.Click here to learn more about usAre you passionate about development and with a great desire to team and contribute to a great innovative project?This could be the perfect opportunity for youYour roleYou will support our CTO in identifying, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions and AI-based tools across the company.Their main goal will be to turn concrete business needs into working automations, improving efficiency, reducing errors, enhancing system integration, and enabling better use of data.You will be involved inImplementing and maintaining automation workflows and operational processes (data extraction, syncs, notifications, reporting) based on the priorities set by the CTO;Supporting the CTO in analyzing workflows across different departments, providing technical support to introduce automations;Preparing and structuring data and pipelines for the implementation of AI-based tools (e.g., document analysis, classification, Q&A);Developing and integrating tools, scripts, and micro-services to support internal processes (APIs, webhooks, Apps Script, n8n / Zapier);Analyzing internal documents and data to identify anomalies, recurring patterns, and improvement opportunities, and reporting them to the CTO;Technical skillsAcademic background in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields;Good knowledge of the Google Workspace and Google Cloud ecosystem;Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Apps Script);Familiarity with AI models, RAG, and NLP applied in operational contexts;Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest, Robot Framework, or similar);Ability to integrate systems through APIs and connectors;Working knowledge of data security principles;Good command of English (minimum B2) and excellent command of Italian;Ability to work independently on technical and operational tasks, with a practical and execution-driven approach;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments, understand concrete needs, and turn them into automated solutions;Strong analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude;Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a structured approach and attention to detail;Innovative mindset and a continuous learning attitude;Stimulating challenges and growth opportunities;Continuous training and development;Company canteen;20 per month for coffee and snacks;Supplemental health insurance;Job OfferInitial 12-month fixed-term contract, designed as a first collaboration period and onboarding phase within the new AI-focused area;Concrete possibility of a long-term position based on the results achieved and the overall progress of the journey together;The starting salary will be determined based not only on technical experience, but also on soft skills and professional growth potential;We're building the future of our processes, one automation at a timeDo you want to be part of this journey?Send us your CV and tell us why you're the right person for the roleJ-*****-LjbffrProcess Automation Specialist • Rome, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
