TheHead of Procurement Transformation and Program Managementis responsible for defining, driving, and executing the global procurement transformation agenda.This role leads strategic initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness, optimize processes, leverage digital technologies, and deliver sustainable value across the organization.The position oversees the portfolio of procurement programs and ensures alignment with overall business strategy, operational excellence, and change management objectives.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESStrategic Transformation Leadership: Develop and implement the global procurement transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business goals.Program & Project Management:Lead a portfolio of transformation projects - including process redesign, digital enablement, category management evolution, and operating model optimization - ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Process Optimization & Governance:Establish standardized procurement processes, tools, and policies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.Digital Procurement & Innovation:Drive the adoption of digital procurement solutions (e.g., e-sourcing, spend analytics, automation, AI-driven insights) to improve decision-making and supplier collaboration.Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with business units, finance, IT, and supply chain leaders to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and cultural alignment.Performance Management:Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformation programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.Team Leadership:Lead and develop a high-performing transformation and program management team; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in procurement, program management, or transformation roles within multinational organizations.Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing complex project portfolios.Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, category management, and digital procurement technologies.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar program management certification is a plus.Strategic and analytical thinkingLeadership and influenceResults orientationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsChange and transformation managementDigital and innovation mindsetFluent in English.Molteni is the leading independent industrial Group in the high-end furniture sector with Italian-made production.As well as collaborating with the most prestigious international architectural firms and designers, the Group constantly invests in research and technological innovation to provide its products with an intrinsic quality that lasts over time.It includes three brands: Molteni&C (indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchens, and bespoke furnishings), UniFor (workspace solutions) and Citterio (partition walls and office furniture).
