Train Operation Support Engineer

Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than******people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Job Title: Train Operation Support EngineerPurpose of the Job:Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during serviceCoordinate with Alstom control room to monitor train systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomaliesCoordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage train availability and service recoveryProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and proceduresTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventionsPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendationsAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causesCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance workParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous imp rovement initiativesConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stockReview fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems.
