Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy to support our clients in Milan or nearby areas.As an in-field expert you will be the superhero our clients need.Your missionTake ownership of dispatched customer issues.Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on-site services.Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.Perform all on-site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as upgrades or rework activities.Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on-site services.Participate in the claim management and RMA process.Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process.Take over randomly on-call duties, partly on weekends and nights.Your profileEducation as Electrical technician or Engineer (knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.).Italian & English language skills at least at B2 level.Experience with battery storage solutions is beneficial.Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.Driving license is extremely important for the job.Health & Safety training to access construction sites with electrical specific training.Willingness to work on-call duty and to travel (60 %).Why us?Bonus payments: we agree on Smart KPIs with you and you receive a nice bonus at the end of the year.A multinational team awaiting you with lots of European and trans-European exchange.Possibility for technical and commercial knowledge enhancement in regard to string inverters, central inverters, inverter stations including transformer and switchgear and storage solutions.Technical and commercial training at our headquarters in Germany and visits to the big R&D facility in China.About UsWe are a green tech company with young creative minds.We are fighting every day to make our mission happen – Clean Power for AllWith 870+ GW of clean power presently installed worldwide, we are on the road to successFounded in **** by University Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow is a leader in the research and development of solar inverters.We have the largest dedicated R&D team in the industry and a broad product portfolio offering PV inverter solutions and energy storage systems for utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and residential applications, as well as internationally recognized floating PV plant solutions, NEV driving solutions, EV charging solutions and renewable hydrogen production systems.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesOil and GasReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sungrow Europe by 2x.Get notified about new Field Services Engineer jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
