Banking Business Consultant DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Banking Business Consultant to partner with our Consulting team and help clients transform their core banking operations.Job DescriptionAs a Banking Business Consultant, you will work across DXC's capabilities to co-create innovative solutions, improve client experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms.ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage and maintain strong relationships with banking clients by providing strategic guidance on their core banking operations.Oversee project implementations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the client's needs are met effectively.Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.Conduct in-depth analysis of core banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Generate new business opportunities and collaborate with our Business Development team.RequirementsRelevant and proven experience in consulting companies.Deep knowledge and experience on Core Banking projects.At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience coordinating a medium-large team (internal and external).High-level exposure to customers and a proven ability to manage complex deals.LocationMilan (MI) with remote work possibility.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-SeniorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting, Information Technology, and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingSafe and Inclusive Hiring ProcessRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services or unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or make payments.DXC never requests money or equipment purchases from applicants.For more information on employment scams, visit the provided link.#J-*****-Ljbffr
