At Park Hyatt: We are looking for a trainee in the Rooms Department with a main focus on the Housekeeping Department for our hotel.The mission and intent is governing the operations of the Cleaning and Laundry department; ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and Hyatt standards.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to standards and procedures in the guest rooms and general areas with Park Hyatt standards Promote and recognize opportunities to provide guest service above and beyond all expectations Monitor correct handling off all guest requests and guest room servicing needs Ensure that cleanliness and service standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility Complete all special project in a timely manner Be an active team player with hands – on approach Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with safety and security standards to guarantee employee safety Ensure that grooming standards are followed in a timely manner to all colleagues Inspect rooms, public areas, back of house Check Cost Control Qualifications: Successful problem solving skills Possess an excellent written and verbal command of Italian and English Excellent overall communication skills Able to multi-task Strong desire to provide excellent guest service The ability to work in a team environment Flexible schedules and hours Benefits: 600€ refund per month.Use of Staff Canteen for meals.
