WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE FOR OUR 5-STAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND OUR MAISONAre you a marketing and sales professional with a strong passion for luxury hospitality and looking to actively contribute to the development of an exclusive brand?Then you might be the right person for usMain responsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing and sales strategies for our 5* Boutique Hotel and our Maisons – exclusive private villas – in line with the brand positioning; Manage and develop relationships with business partners, tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients; Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and propose corrective actions to achieve objectives; Manage the online presence of the structure and the Maisons; Coordinate promotional activities, advertising campaigns and special initiatives; Collaborate with operations departments to ensure consistency between commercial strategy and guest experience; Professionally manage special requests, commercial negotiations, and agreements, always ensuring compliance with the facility's quality standards; Contribute to the growth and strengthening of the brand's image on the national and international market; Developing yourprofessional network through participation in trade fairs and industry events.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Marketing & Sales role in luxury hotels, 5-star properties, or high-end brands; Excellentknowledge of digital marketing strategies and main sales channels; Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills; Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; Strong orientation towards results and achieving objectives; Excellentknowledge of the English language; Problem-solvingattitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team; Passion for theluxury hospitality industry and attention to detail.What we offerEmployment contract commensurate with experience, with a net monthly salary range of €2,000 – €2,200.Professional, dynamic and high-profile work environment; Concrete opportunities for growth and continuous training; Accommodation options (if available); Working hours: full time, with flexibility based on operational needs.If you\ 're dynamic, ambitious, and want to be part of a leading hospitality project, send us your CV????
