Descrizione lavoro:The Armani Group is a leading company in the fashion and luxury sector, with more than 8,000 employees.Its three core brands – Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and A|X Armani Exchange – are active in many countries all over the world.With origins firmly rooted in Italy, but also with a cosmopolitan vision and culture, the company has grown since it was founded in ****, expanding its offer from clothes and accessories to cosmetics, fragrances, eyewear, watches, jewellery, and furniture and furnishing accessories.Today, therefore, as well as being well known in the area of fashion, the Armani Group is also renowned in the sectors of interior design, food and beverage, and hotels and resorts.Giorgio Armani has created a style that has, with remarkable consistency, continued to explore countless variations and possibilities over the years.It expresses a precise vision down to the most minute detail: a way of being and presenting oneself, certainly incorporating clothing and accessories, but also including gestures, ways, behaviours and attitudes; a style that goes beyond the sum of its parts, and well beyond what one wears.Convinced that ethics and aesthetics must coincide, Giorgio Armani expresses fundamental and enduring values his clothes.He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design.Context and purpose of the JobThe resource will join the Tax Department and, reporting to the Group Tax Manager, will be responsible for managing tax matters related to the Group's ordinary and extraordinary activities, tax litigation, as well as adherence to Transfer Pricing regulations.ResponsibilitiesContinuous monitoring of developments in tax regulations, assessing their impact on Group companies and proposing appropriate solutions.Internal sharing of know-how and issuance of procedures.Verification of compliance with regulations and preparation of internal tax auditsSupport to various business functions in managing tax aspects related to contract drafting, corporate compliance requirements, and the implementation and maintenance of IT systemsPreparation, review, and control of all tax compliance activities (tax consolidation, individual tax returns, VAT, 770), including monitoring of related deadlinesManagement of activities related to tax audits, tax disputes, and pre-litigation mattersPreparation and updating of Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Report) for the various Group companiesDescrizione profilo:RequirementsDegree in Economics or related fields2–4 years of experience in similar roles within professional firms, corporate tax departmentsStrong technical knowledge of corporate taxation, local and international taxation, corporate law, accounting, and general tax complianceKnowledge of IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAP accounting principlesKnowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plusFluent spoken and written EnglishStrong team-working attitude, proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.#J-*****-Ljbffr
