Descrizione dell'azienda JO&JOE is a brand created in ****.Our 'open houses' combine the comfort of a hotel with the friendliness of a youth hostel.Caring, colourful, open living spaces.Ideally located in international cities, our hostels offer an experience for travellers AND locals (rooftops, restaurants, bars, events, designer rooms at affordable prices).Each JO&JOE is unique, with a community rooted in neighbourhood life.We believe that travelling is not about affordability, but about being open-minded and wanting to meet new people.We're just waiting for you.Our commitment to diversity and inclusionJO&JOE is an inclusive company, and our ambition is to recruit and promote diverse talent.Our adverts are gender-neutral; the masculine gender is used here to simplify the text.Descrizione del lavoroJO&JOE Rome is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor.Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening teamThe Restaurant Supervisor will manage the restaurant areas while overseeing the restaurant team alongside the F&B&E Manager.None of these recipes will scare you.Recipe 1 / Operations & ServiceSupervise all restaurant and bar activities during the different service formats (à la carte, buffet, brunch, events).Ensure informal but professional customer service, typical of an international boutique hostel.Actively support the team during peak hours/periods.Welcome guests and manage any requests, feedback, or complaints.Recipe 2 / Team ManagementCoordinate and motivate the floor and bar staff during shifts.Assign tasks and ensure that operational standards are met.Provide ongoing training on service, menus, sales techniques, and cocktail lists.Recipe 3 / Standards & QualityEnsure the correct mise en place for the tapas bar, buffet, and brunch.Guarantee compliance with HACCP procedures and hygiene-sanitation standards.Constantly check dish presentation and service quality.Recipe 4 / Bar & Menu ManagementSupport the bar in the preparation and quality control of cocktails.Have in-depth knowledge of the tapas menu, drink list, and products offered.Promote upselling techniques and drink pairing.Recipe 5 / Resource Management & OperationsSupport inventory management for the bar and floor, including food supplies and materials.Collaborate on operational cost control and waste reduction.Manage reservations, guest flow, and table organization.Recipe 6 / Events & Special ActivityCollaborate in the execution of themed events, cocktail nights, tastings, music events, etc.Coordinate the staff dedicated to events and ensure impeccable execution.QualificheExceptional attention to detail in leadership.A perfectly balanced sense of customer service.A generous approach when it comes to helping a customer.A stimulating commercial mindset.Strict adherence to hygiene, waste management, and safety rules.A desire to learn and growYOUR LITTLE EXTRAS AREField of study: Restauration.Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.Language required: English + ItalianInformazioni aggiuntiveWe're sure you know the songFirst verse : We'll schedule an initial phone call with our Recruitment team if your application fits our beat.Chorus : After a successful phone interview, your future boss gives you an appointmentBe strongLast verse : Naturally, you'll hear back from us whether it's or .#J-*****-Ljbffr
