Manpower, in collaborazione con l'azienda Vestas Blades Italia Srl, è alla ricerca di unBusiness Administrative Support.IlBusiness Administrative Supportsupporta le attività amministrative e operative del business, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi, la gestione documentale e il coordinamento delle comunicazioni interne per le attività di cui è responsabile. Collabora con gli altri dipartimenti per assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività legate ai suoi compiti.ResponsabilitàGestione delle Richieste d'Acquisto (Purchase Requisitions)Visite Mediche Dipendenti: Coordinamento delle visite mediche obbligatorie e distribuzione dei referti.Pianificazione DPI Oculistici: Organizzazione delle visite oculistiche e distribuzione degli occhiali protettivi.Si richiede:Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempoConoscenza di SAPPrecisione nella gestione documentale e nella comunicazione internaCapacità di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi con diversi livelli aziendaliDiscrezione e attenzione alla riservatezza dei dati personaliSi offre:Contratto a tempo determinato.Candidati su Compila il form e allega il tuo CV aggiornato.Luogo di lavoro: TarantoSaranno considerate prioritariamente, previa verifica della sussistenza dei requisiti professionali, le candidature di lavoratori che risultino percettori di interventi a sostegno del reddito, ovvero risultino disoccupati a seguito di procedure di licenziamento collettivo, ovvero dei lavoratori delle aziende del territorio coinvolte da tavoli di crisi attivi presso il Ministero dello sviluppo economico.
